Kids show up to school everyday without the basics. Together, we change that.

In 2016, we served over 450 students.

In 2017, we served over 850 students

In 2023, we served over 1200 students.

In 2025, we served over 1300 students.

Why This Matters

Children experiencing poverty are more likely to:

​

  • Experience bullying related to clothing

  • Miss school activities

  • Have reduced classroom confidence

  • Struggle academically
     

Back to School Marketplace addresses a basic but powerful need:

 

Confidence.

 

When a child walks into school feeling confident, it changes:

  • Participation

  • Social belonging

  • Academic engagement

Donations of school supplies can be dropped off between July 27th and August 14th at the locations shown below. We have a big goal this year of spending $0 of donated funds on school supplies and with your help we know we can reach it! 

A basic supply list is included here for ideas but any supplies are welcome!
